A Graduate Group Coordinator serves as a resource liaison to Graduate Studies for ABGG students and faculty. They can help answer questions about the admissions process, financial aid and many other topics. Staff advisors can connect students with faculty advisors for courseload planning and other academic issues.
ABGG Academic Advisors
Academic advisors are essential in providing graduate students with an excellent educational experience. They have program signature authority to approve certain forms, petitions and nominations of student committees. Academic advisors consult with students applying for admission, provide coursework and research mentor guidance for students prior to candidacy, and maintain contact with students after candidacy to ensure good progress and a working relationship with the research mentor.
